- Financial Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee all daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). - Cost Accounting & Inventory Management:
- Lead cost accounting functions, including variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives within our manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. - Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Financial Analysis & Support:
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and key financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Support the CFO in critical financial activities, including financial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning. - System Optimization:
- Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP and other financial systems to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities. - Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus. - Minimum of 7 years
of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership
capacity. - Proven experience in
manufacturing finance, preferably in the automotive industry. - Expertise in cost
accounting, financial planning & analysis, and Thai tax regulations. - Strong analytical,
leadership, and communication skills. - Fluent in English
and experienced in ERP/accounting systems. -
