    Hiring Position: Urgent Hiring Air Import Operations (On-Site Interview Required)
    Working Condition: On-Site, Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred
    Location: Freezone Suvarnabhumi, Samut Prakan, Thailand
    Pay Rate: THB 20000 to THB 35000

    Working Hours: 08:00 17:00

    Team Size: 20+ (Air Operations Team)

    Our client, a leading global logistics company, is urgently looking for a dedicated Air Import Operations Specialist to join their team at the Freezone Suvarnabhumi facility. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and able to start within the next month.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee full-cycle air import operations including documentation, coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients.

    • Manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring timely submission of accurate documents in line with Thai customs regulations.

    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient cargo delivery.

    • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or customs-related issues.

    • Maintain organized records and shipping documentation.

    • Communicate effectively in English with global partners and clients.

    • Follow internal SOPs and meet client-specific service standards.

    • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support accurate billing and positive client experiences.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

    • At least 3 years of experience in air import operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

    • Proven experience in handling customs clearance procedures and customs entry preparation.

    • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
