    จัดปฐมนิเทศน์ให้กับพนักงานใหม่ ทราบถึงกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทํางานและสวัสดิการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯจัดอบรมภายใน (In-house Training) และอบรมภายนอก (External Training) ตามแผนการฝึกอบรมประจําปีดําเนินการจัดเตรียมสถานที่เอกสารและอุปกรณ์ในการจัดฝึกอบรมพร้อมแจ้งข้อมูลและรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมแก่ผู้เข้า รับการฝึกอบรม เช่น วัน เวลา สถานที่จัดฝึกอบรม เป็นต้นประเมินและติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานไว้เป็นข้อมูลเพื่อพัฒนาพนักงานในปีต่อไปรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมที่ได้รับจากผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดทํารายงานสรุปผลการฝึกอบรมประจําเดือนบันทึกประวัติพนักงานที่ได้รับการอบรมแต่ละหลักสูตร ลงประวัติการฝึกอบรมพนักงานปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทํางาน ประกาศ คําสั่ง และนโยบายของบริษัทฯ ปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานภายในแผนกให้สอดคล้องกับงานระบบที่บริษัทได้รับการรับรองงานอืนๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
