Collaborate closely with the E-Learning Instructional Designer to develop high-quality e-learning content.Write clear and concise scripts for e-learning modules, ensuring instructional integrity and engaging storytelling.
Create visually appealing and engaging content for e-learning modules, including text, graphics, animations, and multimedia elements.
Develop storyboards that effectively communicate the visual representation of the e-learning modules.
Ensure content quality and adherence to instructional design best practices throughout the development process.
Baseline Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related fields.
More than 3 years in E-Learning Content experience.
Proven experience in e-learning content creation, scriptwriting, and storyboarding.
Experience in insurance industry is a plus.
Good command in English both verbal and written.
Proactive, Open, Caring, Committed, Innovative.
