About the Company
VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.
The company is entering a new growth phase and is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial function and drive scalable revenue expansion.
Role Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer will take full ownership of the company's commercial performance, including sales strategy, revenue growth, sales operations, and team leadership.
This is a strategic executive role with direct impact on business scaling, operational efficiency, and market positioning. The CCO will work closely with shareholders and play a key role in shaping the company's long-term development.
Key Focus Areas
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy
• Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement and overachievement of sales targets
• Identify new growth opportunities and scale existing sales channels
Sales Funnel & Performance Management
• Oversee the full sales funnel from lead acquisition to deal closure
• Improve conversion rates and optimize sales processes
• Implement structured KPI systems and performance dashboards
• Manage unit economics and ensure commercial efficiency
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
• Build, structure, and scale the sales organization
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams
• Set clear performance standards and accountability frameworks
High-Value Deal Execution
• Participate in and close key high-ticket transactions
• Lead complex negotiations with international investors
• Strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
Systems & Process Optimization
• Implement and control CRM systems and reporting standards
• Ensure transparency of metrics and forecasting accuracy
• Align sales and marketing to maintain consistent lead quality and volume
We Expect You to Have
• Proven experience as Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Chief Commercial Officer
• Mandatory experience in international real estate
• Strong background in investment property and high-ticket sales
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience building and scaling sales teams
• Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
• Deep understanding of sales funnel management, KPIs, and unit economics
• Advanced negotiation skills with experience closing large transactions
Candidates without international real estate experience will not be considered.
Language Requirements
• Russian — fluent
• English — fluent, minimum C1 level / near-native (mandatory)
