Job summary

Impact Arena is a busy hub within the larger Impact precinct that holds up to 60 major events a year with over 600000 people attending events there.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor and Production Manager ensure the effective and efficient bump in delivery and bump out of the event or function Reporting any damage or Health & safety concerns so as these can be addressed immediately
  • Carry out Set up and take-down of all areas of the arena to ensure the Venue is well maintained and presentable in all areas This may include setting up any promoter activation spaces dressing room areas and queue management requirements associated withthe event asapplicable assistthe operations supervisorin updatingand reviewing SOPs
