We are partnering with a premium international brand seeking a commercially strong Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and market expansion in Thailand.
Package: THB 200,000 – 280,000 per month (total package, depending on experience)
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for candidates currently working in
optical, premium beauty, luxury retail, or high-end FMCG
environments who understand both brand positioning and retail execution at scale.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the local marketing strategy while aligning closely with regional direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction
- Lead full-cycle
New Product Development (NPD) launches
from planning and pricing to go-to-market and retail activation - Drive retail marketing initiatives across offline, modern trade, and omni-channel platforms
- Ensure premium in-store visibility, trade activation, and brand standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget, forecast ROI, and optimize spending efficiency
- Lead and develop a marketing team to ensure high performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail Operations, and Regional stakeholders
Ideal Profile:
- 8–10+ years of marketing experience within premium or retail-driven brands
- Strong track record in NPD launches and commercial brand growth
- Solid understanding of Thai retail landscape and premium consumer behavior
- Proven people management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Fluent in Thai and English
