    Role: Head of Affiliates (Platform Expansion)
    Reports to: Chief People Officer (CPO)
    Type: Full-Time | Starting June 2025

    We are launching a new business unit—a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model for affiliate agents and brokerages in untapped Thai markets. This initiative will operate like a startup within FazWaz: you will own the vision, design the product, lead the launch, and run the P&L. You'll help us transform underserved markets into thriving ecosystems—without building physical offices or adding heavy ops.

    What You'll Do:

    • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Affiliate PaaS program.
    • Recruit, onboard, and activate 5,000 affiliate agents by 2026.
    • Build agent tools and sales systems using tech, training, and incentives.
    • Test and adapt market by market—fail fast, learn faster.
    • Run your own dashboard, OKRs, and business reviews directly with the CPO.

    What You'll Own

    1. Strategy & Business Design

    • Define the affiliate business model (Core / Plus / Pro) and pricing structure.
    • Identify ideal markets using lead data, CAC, and agent availability.
    • Build SOPs for agent onboarding, CRM access, training, and listing activation.
    • Set KPIs: activation rate, GP/agent/month, churn %, first transaction TTV.

    2. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Launch the first 3 pilot markets (Bangkok outskirts, Pattaya, secondary cities).
    • Run recruitment campaigns (roadshows, webinars, paid ads) and vet applicants.
    • Lead onboarding sessions: setup CRM accounts, train on tools, certify on listings.
    • Establish communities (Line/WhatsApp) for peer learning and engagement.

    3. Partner Enablement & Retention

    • Ensure agents can list, manage, and close deals with minimal support.
    • Equip them with verified inventory, scripts, branding materials, and project access.
    • Monitor performance and drive adoption of PopDeal and CRM tools.
    • Launch recognition programs, leaderboard incentives, and support loops.

    4. Platform & Ops Development

    • Collaborate with Tech/Product on CRM roles, affiliate dashboards, listing upload portals.
    • Help build the onboarding wizard, training LMS, and payout tracking tools.

    • Deliver weekly reports on agent engagement, conversion rates, and deal volumes.

    Must-Have Experience

    • 5–8 years in real estate, proptech, or digital platform businesses, ideally in SEA markets.
    • Proven track record in affiliate, channel partner, or sales network development.
    • Experience working with or supporting real estate agents, brokerages, or developers.
    • Deep understanding of transaction workflows, commissions, and CRM tools in real estate.

    Skills & Traits

    • Highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable managing multiple market rollouts at once.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (able to recruit, onboard, and retain partners remotely).
    • Data-driven: able to define KPIs, run performance reviews, and manage channel metrics.
    • Comfortable with tech tools (CRM platforms, WhatsApp automation, dashboarding tools).

    Language

    • Excellent spoken and written English required.
    • Proficiency in Thai is a strong bonus.
