Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, events, and more. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make datadriven adjustments for optimal results.
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffective execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and more.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to expand brand reach and market penetration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track marketing metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting campaign effectiveness and recommending optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a marketing management role, preferably within the Technology and Service Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Indepth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Thai Nationality only, 2640 years old.
Pay:
฿35, ฿50,000.00 per month
