- Collaborate with the legal department and relationship managers to draft credit facility agreements, security documents, and related paperwork.
- Maintain documentation control to ensure alignment of facility documents with credit decisions and legal requirements.
- Verify the fulfilment of conditions precedent, monitor system limits in line with credit decisions and documentation, and follow up on condition subsequent and document/temporary waiver.
- Lead timely and accurate report submissions and oversee compliance with regulatory updates for Credit Operations, Loans, and Referential processes (e.g., DMS, RDT, SLL).
- Oversee team activities to ensure the quality and compliance of client static data administration, client account administration, and integration of operational events.
- Must have experience in credit/loan documentation with experience in client referential a plus.
- Demonstrate expertise in people management and development.
- Exhibit both team player and active independent contributor qualities.
