ควบคุมระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคาร ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง- รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ
