    About the Company

    The company helps parents make playtime simpler and more meaningful by 1) providing alternative consumption options like rental services to help manage budget; 2) curating toys from all over the world that are development focused; 3) recommending activities to be accompanied with toys and tools focused on educating pre-schoolers.

    The founders are highly passionate about using play to equip the children of SEA with future proofing skills. They bring about their background from Deloitte, Grab, Sephora and aCommerce, and since 1 year in the business, have been tracking at least 30% CMGR. They are looking for like-minded individuals to join them, with opportunities for ESOP discussions from Day 1.

    About the Role

    The company is looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of the management team. His/her main goal is to attract and engage new customers and educate the parental segments in Thailand.

    Responsibilities

    • Involve in drafting marketing strategies with clear executable initiatives

    • Prepare monthly marketing campaign plans

    • Evaluate efficacy of marketing campaigns and work with agency to optimise results

    • Oversee the content creation process, with expectations to review and refine contents (both video and static)

    • Oversee the video production process and work with external video editing talents

    • Draft and finalise captions and copywriting for published contents

    • Manage Customer Operations Executive to ensure that all operations are running smoothly

    • Deliver strategic initiatives including working with larger brands on collaboration etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing and business relating fields

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parents and kids segment, e-commerce, marketing agencies

    • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a small team

    • Innovative, bold and also willing to experiment new ideas

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Proficient in using Canva, Capcut, Inshot or other basic content creation tools

    Working Condition

    • A full-time position based in Samut Prakan (along Bangna Trat)
