    Role Summary and Impact 

    • Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and onsite platforms.
    • Ensure campaign quality, compliance with WPP Media policies, and timely delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and recommend best practices.
    • Provide technical expertise to agencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Oversee quality control, finance compliance, and issue escalation when needed.
    • Share knowledge and drive adoption of new tools, trends, and technologies in paid search.

    Skills and Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or Science are preferred
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience of paid search and/or Google Ads  
    • Strong working background and knowledgeable in paid search, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google products
    • Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Certified in Google Ads certification
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Good command of written & spoken English
