Sales Executive – Property Project
Location: Phuket

Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our residential property project and Real Estate Agency. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, presenting our villas/projects in the most professional and appealing way. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, passionate about property, and able to deliver outstanding client service and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and provide project information professionally
• Present property features, floor plans, and pricing clearly to both Thai and international clients
• Conduct property viewings and guided tours of show units
• Follow up with prospects, respond to inquiries, and build strong customer relationships
• Prepare and organize reservation documents and customer profiles
• Coordinate with the legal, admin, and accounting teams regarding client documentation
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to project goals
• Maintain clean and professional presentation of the sales office and show units
• Report daily walk-in traffic and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance summaries
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales, Business, Communication, or Languages preferred)
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g. Chinese, Russian, French) are a plus
• At least 1–2 years of experience in property sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence to close deals
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with documentation
• Able to work on weekends with a weekday off
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, Line, Email)
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Thai property ownership (Freehold/Leasehold) and real estate process
• Experience working in luxury villa or condominium projects
• Familiarity with foreign clients and international property buyers
Working Schedule & Expectations
· Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
· Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
· Must be available and responsive during holidays and days off when needed
· Always expected to reply to clients, office team, and urgent matters promptly
· Must be flexible and available to work outside of office hours when required
