JOB SUMMARY
Ecolab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Procurement Manager Thailand to lead and oversee the entire procurement function in Thailand. This leadership role is responsible for managing direct overseeing indirect procurement, driving cost savings, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring process excellence through digitalization and continuous improvement.Responsibilities
* Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect categories to optimize cost, quality,& supplier performance.* Savings & Cash Optimization: Drive cost savings initiatives, negotiate contracts,
& implement cash extension strategies to improve working capital.* Process Excellence & Digitalization: Lead procurement process improvements,
& automation, and digitalization to enhance efficiency
& compliance.* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including Supply Chain,R&D,Quality, and Finance,to align procurement
strategies with business needs.
