As the demand for eco-friendly vehicles continues to rise, they are expanding their operations and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee their showroom and drive sales of EV cars in Bangkok.

For Sales Manager position:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the EV showroom, including sales operations, customer engagement, team management, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the EV market in Bangkok, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Salary range is negotiable with company benefits, Location based is in Bangkok, Thailand.Job description:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive EV car sales in Bangkok.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
- Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and develop action plans to meet or exceed them.
Showroom Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the EV showroom, ensuring it is wellmaintained and presents a professional image to customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, product launches, and test drive sessions to attract potential customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell EV cars.
- Set performance targets for the sales team and provide regular coaching and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates team members to excel.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to inform future sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop longterm growth plans for the EV showroom.
ประสบการณ์:
- **At least 5 years of experience as Sales in EV Car industry**:
- Experience in management level.
- Good Command in English
การศึกษา:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
