- Plan, organize, and manage preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize impact on operations.
- Ensure maximum reliability and availability of electrical equipment and systems.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLC, motor controls, and power distribution systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
