Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting our Japanese clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest in the company's products and services.
Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships that address their needs
Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful clients.

Qualifications

Must be a Japanese native
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or industrial sales.
Strong understanding in energy or gas sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Selfmotivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good command of English spoken and written.
