Job Description - Understand hiring target from client- Search right candidates on internal and external database based on the job requirements- Pre-screen candidates- Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and confirm the intention to apply for the job by phone and text- Set up interview schedules between candidates and consultants- Create candidates' database and resume by inputting personal data with industrial and job function code on internal system- Support consultants' activity- Other assigned tasks from Senior / LeaderProvided Training for new employee - Training and orientation- Meeting and discussion to share knowledge with each other on a regular basis- OJTSkills you can gain - Recruiting skill, Searching skill, HR related skill, Problem-solving skill, and work experience in one of the world's biggest recruiting companies.รายละเอียดงาน- เข้าใจเป้าหมายการจ้างงานจากลูกค้า- ค้นหาผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจากฐานข้อมูลภายในและภายนอกตามความต้องการของงาน- คัดเลือกผู้สมัครล่วงหน้า- ติดต่อผู้สมัครเพื่อแนะนําโอกาสในการทํางานและยืนยันความตั้งใจสมัครงานทางโทรศัพท์และข้อความ- จัดทําตารางการสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างผู้สมัครและที่ปรึกษา- สร้างฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครและประวัติโดยป้อนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลพร้อมรหัสอุตสาหกรรมและหน้าที่งานในระบบภายใน- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมของที่ปรึกษา- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Senior / Leaderจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่- การฝึกอบรมและการปฐมนิเทศ- ประชุมหารือแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างกันเป็นประจํา- โอเจทีทักษะที่คุณจะได้รับ- ทักษะการสรรหา ทักษะการค้นหา ทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรบุคคล ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และประสบการณ์ทํางานในบริษัทจัดหางานที่ใหญ่ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของโลกNecessary Skill / Experience
