WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
Manage, plan, deliver and monitor the results on leadership & talent development to support AIA's Operational People Review. In addition, Learning & Development, Principal will be involved in conducting talent assessments.
Support Associate Director, Leadership & Talent Development to identify development needs and find the execution of grooming future talent pipeline, design and implement the development programmes to support critical development needs of high potentials and talent group to enable it to fully utilize the potential of its people and meet future and challenging business needs.
- Partner directly with Associate Director, Learning & Development to align corporate strategic development programmes in order to build critical capabilities and leadership for talent pipeline for highpotential talents (H3-H5) and potential successors both managerial and specialist career track.
- Work closely to support Associate Director, Learning & Development in validating the quality of Operational People Review Nomination List, Talent Profiles and Talent Action Plan
- Design, implement, reinforce and manage the virtual AIA Mentoring Platform to build strong network of AIA leaders and promote AIA's coaching culture.
- Elicit feedback regarding effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered and initiate and/or participate in projects that are aligned with broader HR strategy
- ensure effective collaboration with HR Advisors and HRBPs to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement
- update, manage and review policies/contents/KM articles on employee portal
- support to Associate Director, Learning & Development to update learning & development records in Workday, track program successes through metric driven information and make recommendation for enhancement to development solutions based on data insights.
- Leverage technology, adopt best practices for system/process improvement, administration/ facilitation and communication.
