    VILLACARTE GROUP is a fast-growing real estate and hospitality development company established in 2012.

    Our portfolio includes flagship projects such as Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, the VillaCarte Agency, the Sabai proptech project, and La Green Hotel.

    We are looking for a Post-Sales Support Manager to join our client service team in Phuket.

    If you want to grow within a premium company and work in a rapidly expanding real estate market, this is a unique opportunity to become part of our team.

    We are considering candidates who are already located in Phuket.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Manage the entire post-sales support process after the purchase agreement is signed
    • Guide clients from handover to full ownership registration upon project completion
    • Coordinate communication between the client, sales department, construction team and property management
    • Handle customer inquiries related to payments, contract terms, documentation, handover, defect fixing and registration processes
    • Monitor construction timelines and keep clients informed about project status
    • Participate in unit inspections and oversee signing of handover acts
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
    • Collaborate with finance, legal and sales departments

    Requirements



    • Experience in post-sales, customer service or client operations (real estate experience preferred)
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset
    • Ability to maintain a balance between client expectations and company interests
    • Confidence in structuring workflows and supporting clients through complex processes

    Would Be an Advantage



    • Experience negotiating with international clients
    • Ability to build trust quickly and communicate across cultures
    • Understanding of the Phuket real estate market and its specifics
