- Have a deep knowledge of Excellence, Focus and Collaboration in Ford Performance +, apart from strong
- Continuously develop plans to simplify and minimize bureaucracy and add value to all stakeholders

- Benchmark industry and keep informed of technology advances, sourcing & best pricing
- Ensure adherence to GAO, ISO and Internal Control procedures
- Lead initiatives on sustainability, new material usage in equipment / packaging design & Light Weighting
- Deliver cost / F&T targets to meet corporate cost targets – TVM, Cost Avoidance and Job1 pricing.
- Build strong networks across key teams – VME, PTME, MSAP, Programs, Finance, Program Purchasing, Plant Operations.
