ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ ใบเพิ่มหนี้ ใบลดหนี้ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าใบกำกับภาษี ถูกต้องตามหลักกรมสรรพากร
รวบรวม ตรวจสอบเอกสาร และบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (Account Payable) บนระบบบัญชีอย่างถูกต้อง
จัดทำเอกสารการตั้งหนี้ และบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านเจ้าหนี้ (Account Payable) และวัตถุดิบ วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง สินค้าสำเร็จรูป และสินทรัพย์ถาวร ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
ควบคุม && ทราบการเบิกจ่ายเงินทดรองจ่าย && เงินสดย่อย (Petty Cash) ของพนักงานที่ดูแลเงินสดย่อย
มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนกระบวนการทำจ่าย เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร && ผู้มีอำนาจลงนามในเอกสาร (LOA)
รวบรวม ตรวจสอบเอกสารพร้อมจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย (Payment Voucher) ให้ถูกต้องตรงเวลา
