Job summary
Sales and Service Overseas Sales Manager Overseas Sales Manager position is responsible for setting annual sales targets maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers developing and introducing new products achieving successful sales with customers conducting the annual customer satisfaction survey coordinating with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints responding within 7 working days reviewing and approving sales documents quotations and customer-specific pricing monitoring product deliveries ensuring compliance with customer requirements collecting customer requirements forwarding them to relevant departments following up on overdue payments preparing monthly sales performance reports controlling departmental expenses within the approved budget planning managing work systems processes for efficiency identifying root causes of issues implementing solutions within the team assessing coaching developing team members enhancing capabilities.
