• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all medical equipment used in beautyrelated procedures, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule routine preventive maintenance activities for medical equipment, including inspections, calibration, and performance testing, to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Collaborate with branch managers and technicians to ensure timely maintenance and servicing of equipment at various locations, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of equipment maintenance, including service history, repair logs, and warranty information, using appropriate software or documentation systems.
• Establish strong relationships with equipment suppliers, service providers, and manufacturers to ensure prompt response and resolution of equipmentrelated issues and to stay updated on the latest maintenance practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular performance assessments to identify potential issues or areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to address them and enhance overall equipment reliability and performance.
• Manage and supervise a team of equipment technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback, and ensuring that they adhere to maintenance protocols and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate the timely repair and troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment, liaising with external service providers and manufacturers as needed, and ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
• Stay informed about advancements in medical equipment technology, Clinique trends, and regulatory changes, and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or specialized training in medical equipment maintenance are preferred.
• Proven experience in managing medical equipment maintenance, preferably within the beauty or healthcare Clinique are a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of medical equipment maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with a wide range of medical equipment used in beauty treatments, including laser machines, aesthetic devices, and advanced skincare systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a systematic approach to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with crossfunctional teams, technicians, and equipment suppliers.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software for equipment maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Clinique standards, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment for all equipment users.
