Job Responsibilities- Train employees and prepare training materials for• Orientation ML - Continual Improvement part
• Problem-solving tools and techniques
• Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) Green belt and Black belt- Coach other employees; focus on Lean- Six sigma projects.- Coordinate with other business units/departments on improvement activities.- Originate/update procedure, work instruction and Form for CI section.- Promote quality and improvement activities in Fabrinet.- Assist in providing budget forecasts for CI activities.- Prepare/report CI performance to management and customers.ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการฝึกอบรมสําหรับ

• Age 35-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience in Electronics manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Advance conversation middle - high level in English
• Good technical, systematic problem solving and data analysis, communication, and coaching skill.
• Have management skill.
• Experienced with optics, optical components or telecommunication area would be advantage.Languages skills
