Job Description: 1. Set goals and guidelines to achieve external quality goals.

Supervise QA staff to comply with the company's regulations.
Plan to improve the work development and personnel in the responsible QA department to consistently respond to the company's policy.
Meeting with production department and related parties to analyze and solve quality problems that have escaped to customers
Find measures to prevent and fix workpiece problems to be at the standard level.
Find measures, solutions and improvements waste that has escaped to the customer
Plan preparation of Control Plan, Inspection Standard, Quality check sheet, Limit Sample in case there is a new product8. Plan PPAP preparation and PPAP approval within the time limit.
Plan and test production to check product quality and inspection results.
Support training and development of technical, knowledge and skills of team members in the department.
Provide advice Decide to solve quality problems, summarize the KPI of the department to senior management each month.
Manage expenses under the specified plan. Accurate and timely budget plans and budget reports
Follow up on quality assessment results from customers, whether Q1 and QSB from the customer's Website and other information. with a frequency of at least 1 time per day in order to know the performance of the organization and that will affect

Requirement:

Male or Female, Age 3845 Years.
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineering. Or related fields
More than 5 years working experience as QA / QC supervisor from iron, steel ,metal product in Automotive manufacturing.
Have experience about internal audit and external audit.
Able to use CMM ,Cutting tool and Measurement tools ( Caliper ,Height Gauge).
Good knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Inspections, ISO 9001 ,and IATF 1694
Able to read 2D drawing.
