Job summary
This individual contributor role primarily owns Innovation PMO and governance,supports franchise integration,bottler engagement,performance management,and selected planning processes to ensure strong execution from planning through in-market delivery.
The Senior Manager will act as a central coordination point to ensure innovation initiatives and franchise priorities progress with clarity,pace,and follow-through.
- Owns Innovation PMO governance for the Region
- Captures bottler inputs and dependencies
- Ensures alignment across franchise,bottlers,cross-functional teams
