Job Purpose (Accountability)

• To perform repairs and repainting of aircraft structural parts during aircraft schedule and un-schedule maintenance check and repair aircraft components under responsibility of work shop in order to recertification of aircraft component to serviceable condition to sufficient supporting  aircraft on service.

Duties / Responsibilities

1.  Perform paint touch-up repairs , repainting of aircraft structural metal and composite parts after complete repair and/or inspection for protection of aircraft structure in accordance to  Structure Repair Manual.

2. Perform repainting of aircraft components after complete repair or special inspection in accordance to component maintenance manual to protect such aircraft components.

3. Perform painting repair of aircraft ATR72 and Airbus A319/A320 Nose Radom accordance to component repair manual to protect component structure.

4. Perform repaint of aircraft ATR72 and Airbus A319/A320 Brake Housing and Wheels Hub Assembly to complete surface protection in accordance to component overhaul manual   

5. Perform repainting of aircraft cabin and cockpit furniture after inspection and repair by sheet metal shop.

6. Perform  replace the de-icer boots of aircraft ATR72 wing and tail leading edge and engine air-intake assembly in accordance to component repair manual.

7. Perform installation of aircraft external placards and markings for aircraft ATR72 and Airbus A319 /A320 in accordance to aircraft maintenance manual as required.

8. Review and complete work order and task cards to ensure full fill all data requirement included attach requirement concern document. And signing close work order and task cards. 

9. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, and workstations neat; complying with procedures,in accordance with MOE and  Division Standard Operation Manual(SOP)

10. Maintain all tools and equipment in work shop in good condition, calibration and report if any to their management.

Education

Diploma Bachelor Degree in Aircraft maintenance

Other Qualification

• TOEIC score 350 in 2 years validation
