Position: Assistant Marketing Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop marketing strategies for brands and projects in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing operations with the sales team, executives, and related departments.
- Oversee and drive marketing plans for multiple condominium projects simultaneously, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer behavior analysis to guide product development, pricing strategy, and project positioning.
- Define integrated marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Review and approve advertising materials, campaigns, and marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand direction.
- Build and strengthen brand awareness while enhancing corporate and project brand differentiation in the market.
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve sales results and ROI.
- Develop marketing workflows, performance metrics (KPIs), and initiatives to enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Support the department manager in team leadership, budget management, and short-term and long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing is required, preferably in condominium or residential project development.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, project marketing, or brand management.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans.
- Solid understanding of customer behavior, market positioning, and integrated marketing communications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign performance tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
