    What you'll do:

    Performs a variety of duties in support of the planning of arrival of raw materials in the plant, of use of the materials in the production process and of finished products leaving the plant.

    In detail, you will: 

    • Receive and Control record 5 weeks locked in plan from customer

    • Communicate delivery plan to customer weekly basis

    • Monthly 12 months rolling forecast monitoring and update

    • Rayong's Production & Loading plan report release SALES INVENTORY & OPERATIONS PLANNING monitoring to ensure factory capacity covers requirement

    • Stock variance analysis from Physical vs System

    • Business Plan Development timely and correctly with corrective action plan if needed with official inform for all concern section must follow and except for their support

    • Ensure to meet Customer Satisfaction Quarterly Survey

    • Follow up with Company's rule & Regulation and meet monthly Safety Audit target

    • Issue and support the information to others section on time as commitment as report submit and other support requirement

    • Comply with Monthly for 5S in Demand flow area

    • Coordinate with all concern Depts and all visit who related to Demand Flow

    • Risk and Opportunities Review and Update (ISO9001)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor 's Degree in Business Administration or related field

    • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant field such as Customer Service or Purchasing, Material Planning

    • Good English proficiency (both written and spoken)

    Knowledge

    • Products Knowledge

    • Import and export, EDI (Electronic data interchange) and Customs process Knowledge

    • International commercial terms (Incoterms) Knowledge

    • Model phase in-out

    • Products process Knowledge (capa*)
