About the Position:

Manages strategic breakthrough categories to deliver year over year Quality Cost Logistics Development Management (QCLDM) performance improvement.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be to (but not limited to):

Accountable for the development, communication, and implementation of a worldwide sourcing strategy for a specific category.
Identifying performance gaps within the supply base and developing improvement plans for the identified gaps.
Collaborating with the Supply Network on risk mitigation and using predictive cost modeling both geographic and componentbased.
Identifying, developing, and managing a highperforming global supply network for one or more categories leveraging Procurement Classification Codes (PCC).

Required Skill and Experience:

Degree or equivalent experience desired

Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Audit and Compliance Function:

Knowledge of major responsibilities and tasks of Audit and Compliance (A&C) function; ability to manage the operation of A&C function in various business environment.

Level Extensive Experience:

Manages one or more A&C functions or units.
Facilitates compliancerelated business process implementation or improvement initiatives.
Implements specific organizational changes made in response to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Contributes to development of A&C strategies and plans.
Improves key relationships and dependencies among Audit, IT and other business functions.
Contributes to the establishment of best practices for A&C.

Business Intelligence:

Knowledge of business intelligence; ability to utilize business processes and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data that helps the organization make better business decisions.

Level Extensive Experience:

Evaluates alternative BI products in terms of their potential value to organization.
Develops targeted marketing campaigns based on BI analysis.
Develops pro
