Job summary
Provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages service to the guests according to the prescribed service rules and standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.- Maintains clean and sufficient operating equipment such as glassware, bar tools and equipment, chinaware etc.
- Cleans controls the bar chiller wine chiller daily
- Chills cools sufficient beverage supplies at appropriate serving temperature before service hours
