- Job Scope:
- Maintain relationships with current customers and explore new customers with key clients to produce wellness services in the wellness market segments.
- Monitor sales activity to ensure that contracts and proposals go out in a timely matter.
- Design and development of business plan and strategies for enhancing a new business set up.
- Handle crisis situations and ensure smooth customer support by coordinating with other teams to solve or handle the situations.
- Organize and manage customers and specify customer needs and feedback to facilities.
- Encourage the sales team to hit the target.
- Monitoring and overseeing the wellness center's management of supplies and medications.
- Oversee employees' work in accordance with standards (SOPs).
- Manages programs for sales benefit against planning strategy.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the wellness business service including products, technologies, customers, and competitors.
- Report and SWOT analyze and explain a well business opportunity

- Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing, general management, nursing, medical or another related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in the wellness center, hospitality, Business Development or other related.
- Strong presentation and project management skills, having some knowledge or experience in wellness program management will be an advantage.
- Good command of Business English.
