HIRING POSITION: R&D SECTION MANAGER

WORKING CONDITION: HY-BRID

LOCATION: BANGKOK

Responsibilities :

Research, develop and conduct trials for new product development (NPD)
Conduct Literature search, pre-formulation & formulation studies
Prepare stability studies for internal usage & registration needs; these should be included in details the design, study concept, results & expectations
Conduct API, excipient, packaging or device characterization; excipient compatibility
Conduct pre-launch production (pilot scale) of new products and process in collaboration with production and related department
Prepare product development report & registration documents
Hands-on management of pharmaceutical equipment and maintain Laboratory discipline

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Have experience in formulation section
Scientific, technical background in pharmaceutical as well as herbal medicine and cosmetics products is beneficial
Knowledge and experience in laboratory practice
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-thinking with good interpersonal skill
Good communication in English will be advantage for consideration
