    We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at YMT. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our performance marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet client objectives and drive campaign success
    • Manage multiple performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization
    • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, account management) to ensure campaign success
    • Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting campaign results and recommendations for optimization
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
    • Strong understanding of campaign planning, budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
    • Experience with performance marketing platforms and tools such as, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar.
    • Having previous experience working on a programmatic platforms like DV360 or TTD or any other DSP.
    • Ability to deliver and optimise campaigns on time and within budget, consistently exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
    • Experience working with clients in a fast-paced agency environment
