Jr. System Engineer
Responsibilities :
Support the setup and maintenance of server systems, databases, and basic network infrastructure.
- Assist in handling IT infrastructure devices such as servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Operate and support Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server under team guidance.
- Perform tasks related to Active Directory, user access permissions, and Group Policy configuration.
- Participate in managing Microsoft 365 systems (e.g., Email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
- Prepare and maintain system documentation such as architecture diagrams, user manuals, and operation procedures.
- Provide support during off-hours in case of urgent issues (On-call support).
Qualifications :
- Age 24-30 years old.
- 0-3 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure or system support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and SQL Server.
- Strong commitment to responsibility, with a high level of motivation and a positive working attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Capable of handling tasks proactively and continuously improving work performance.
- Any internship experience or academic project related to IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
- Flexible and ready to support emergency work situations as required.
