Master s degree in marketing or related fields.
Scope of work:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Product Planning and Roadmap:
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction over time. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather and define product requirements. Translate user needs into clear and actionable product specifications.
Product Development:
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Ensure that products are developed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Market Launch:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
Product Performance and Optimization:
Monitor product performance through key metrics, customer feedback, and market trends. Identify areas for improvement and optimization, and implement changes as needed.
Customer Feedback and Support:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences. Work with customer support teams to address product-related issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets related to product development and marketing. Monitor and analyze product profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing or related fields. Experienced in food & Beverage business, FMCG, supplements product is high preferred. Proven experience as a Product management role. Strong understanding of product development processes
- An understanding of the big picture: the who, the what and the why. Ability to multitask, persistent in her drive for improvement, planning and organizing. Resultoriented, selfmotivated, pragmatic, analytical, prioritization, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
