    Report to :  MD (Thai)

    Sub-ordinates: Managing 7 Production Lines, 5 Managers, 500+ Manpower

    Job description :

    • Oversee and manage daily production activities across production sections to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands and company objectives.
    • Monitor and control part inventory and material flow to ensure seamless operations and minimize waste.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
    • Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, to optimize production processes.
    • Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to address inefficiencies.
    • Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) standards to maintain high-quality and environmentally sustainable production processes.

    Qualification : 

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    • years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large production teams.
    • Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts manufacturing is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
