Job Purpose
Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair pumps, AHUs/FCUs, chillers, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.

• Support Duty Engineers during breakdowns.

• Carry out scheduled PM tasks and record completed work.

• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment.

• Assist in energy-saving initiatives.

• Report abnormalities and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate/diploma in MEP fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in building or hotel maintenance.
