- Create and manage production plans and schedules
- Monitor actual production progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers on raw material and component procurement
- Handle import/export operations, including customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and clients on material sourcing and lead times
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, procurement, quality control, etc.)
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates on production and delivery
- Resolve any production or delivery issues in a timely and proactive manner
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or planning
- Prior experience managing team members
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Working proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable mindset to handle various client and internal demands
