Senior Solution Architect – BankingKey Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture design across banking domains (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, Risk & Compliance)
Define high-level architecture (HLD), integration patterns, APIs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Ensure security, scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance in all solution designs
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and lead architecture workshops
Govern architecture throughout the project lifecycle and support pre-sales activities (RFP/RFI, solution presentation)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Solution Architecture
Proven experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry
Strong knowledge of core banking platforms and enterprise integration
Familiar with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN) and SDLC / CI-CD
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
TOGAF or equivalent EA certification
Cloud Architect certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in an IT Consulting or System Integrator (SI) environment
Core banking vendor certifications
