- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, refresh and maintain overarching brand guidelines.
- Create, produce, and maintain the branding for all web, print and interactive materials (with assistance of in-house and outsource recourses). Includes but is not limited to the mobile app, website, sales materials, paid advertisements, as well as social media that is appropriate for our category.
- Be accountable for the overall vision, strategy and look and feel for all creative aspects
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT
- Lead and direct the creative team (in-house and outsource) in the production of all marketing materials
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative marketing
- A strong, dynamic portfolio that demonstrates your creative vision and aesthetic and your ability to elevate a brand across a wide range of platforms.
- Understanding of and experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from print, video, digital and social media.
- Skilled with leading creative people and successful in getting objectives accomplished.
- Ability to determine necessary resources and keep projects on time and on budget.
- Strong creatively while understanding business objectives.
- Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment where innovation and rapid iteration is essential and initiatives/priorities can change frequently
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in an international and matrixed environment.
- Excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages (e.g., Adobe Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch).
- Ability to relocate to another country
