คำอธิบาย
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.- Translate business goals into technical requirements and propose the most efficient and effective solutions.
- Utilize indepth knowledge of the business process and system analysis principles to aid in reengineering processes, streamlining workflow, and ensuring the best use of resources.
- Assist in developing and maintaining system design documentation and guidelines.
- Work closely with the development team to oversee the delivery of ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.
- Manage and prioritize IT system needs and effectively communicate these needs to senior stakeholders.
- Provide enduser training on new systems and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all company information security policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Master in IT, CS, CE, or MIS/MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis with a strong exposure to IT systems.
- Experience in analyzing, implementing, and improving IT business processes.
- Proficiency in project management and business/systems analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, both in English and Thai.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of data modeling and design techniques, along with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, is a plus.
- Knowledge of data technology and AI is a plus
- Travel may be required mostly in the Bangkok area
