Key Responsibilities
Develop packaging for new food products that aligns with brand and market needs.
Improve existing packaging to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and optimize usability.
Conduct feasibility studies, perform testing, and validate packaging designs to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, Materials Science and Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
