- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience in joint venture (JV) structures and negotiations.
- Knowledge of production planning and operational excellence principles.
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies for new business expansion across APAC.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of business cases and feasibility studies for potential new ventures.
- Manage the strategic planning process, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans for new business initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, marketing) to ensure successful execution of strategies.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of new business ventures and make recommendations for improvement.
