Job summary
Collect and organize market data including rental rates demand and supply information and relevant real estate market trends Gather tenant information leasable area details and data supporting tenant mix planning Compile benchmarking data such as rental prices operating costs and competitor project information Structure and maintain project databases to ensure information is accurate up to date and easy for the Business Development team to use Prepare preliminary CAPEX OPEX data using internal external sources Check data accuracy completeness before submitting to BD Specialists Senior team members Input assigned data into feasibility study templates business models Coordinate with internal teams Leasing Facility Management Marketing Sales obtain required project information Prepare summary sheets brief papers basic reports management review Support preparation of presentation slides pre-read documents project meetings Assist documentation tasks meeting minutes data sheets project-related materials Follow outstanding update project status required.
