- Oversee and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations
- Partner with the Managing Director to drive financial performance and business strategy
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Supervise tax compliance including VAT, WHT, and corporate tax filings
- Monitor financial performance, risks, and cash flow, providing early warning and advisory support
- Lead financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Develop and strengthen finance policies, systems, and professional standards
- Build and develop a high-performing finance - accounting team through training and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Accounting & Finance (Logistics/Freight Forwarding preferred)
- At least 5 years in a senior finance & accounting management role
- Strong leadership, integrity, and accountability
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English communication
