Our client is a key player offering business services in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities
-
Consultation: Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding the process, requirements, and legal implications of company registration.

Assessing the client's specific needs and objectives to determine the appropriate legal structure for the company.

Documentation:Preparing and reviewing all necessary legal documents and forms required for company registration, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other incorporation documents. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Regulatory compliance: Ensuring that the company registration process complies with the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Staying up to date with the latest legal requirements and informing clients of any changes or updates that may affect their registration.

Creating legal research, and monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
Acting as the company's attorney in the court.
Liaising with related government agencies.

Key Requirements**- Holding at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law.

3 to 5 years' experience.
Experiences in all different company registrations, LTD, BOI, FBL, Rep office, holding and so on.
Lawyer License required.
Holding a Barrister at Law will be an advantage.
A team player with excellent communication and presentation.
Good personality and negotiation skill.
Be able to work independently and under pressure.
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmails)
Thai native with fluent in Englishskillser languages would be an advantage.
