Job summary
The Senior People Manager leads all people and workforce functions within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a highly experienced, hands-on people leader who can manage employee relations, performance standards, and workplace culture with both firmness and fairness.Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention across factory operations
- Manage all employee relations matters
